![]() | Had my review today Since I joined gym in september 2006 I have gained 20kg went from 85kg upto 105kg am still bulking till march then cutting cant w8 to see how cut I can get my diet is pretty basic main source of protein is chicken , gammon and steak also protein shake reflex .
