Had my review today

Since I joined gym in september 2006 I have gained 20kg went from 85kg upto 105kg am still bulking till march then cutting cant w8 to see how cut I can get my diet is pretty basic main source of protein is chicken , gammon and steak also protein shake reflex .

Squat Max 150kg
Deadlift 140kg
Bench Press 100kg
Delt Pressing 90kg


7 Weeks into cutting Phase
Start At 105kg now at 95Kg

Good gains them pal. Natty gains too?

Gammon is well nice, but I'd have it sparingly. How do you find the reflex? I don't get on with it.

natty gains means what sorry am quite new to this forum still,.

I have fruit punch protein shake reflex its very good
