Bulking Diet

Please coment of my diet!!

21years old, 5'10, 82kg, Training for BNBF under23's 2008!!

meal 1- protein drink,50g oats, 1 banana
TRAIN
Postworkout 4 scoops N Large with water
Meal 2- 2 large whole eggs+5 whites, 4 slices granery bread
Meal 3- 1 chicken breast,brown rice with green beans+10ml olive oil
Meal 4- 150g lean mince,brown rice, apple
Meal 5- 1 chicken breast,brown rice with green beans+10ml olive oil
Meal 6- 150g lean mince,green beans, 10ml olive oil
Meal 7- casein and whey shake

Preworkout- 2g CEE,3g arginine, 2 tribulus caps
Postworkout- 2g CEE, N Large shake

Over the past 6 weeks ive added 7lbs, its slowed the past 2 weeks so ive added more fats??!!

Training is 2days on,1 off,2days on,1 off,etc. 20mins cardio after all workouts!

What is your body fat %?
Diet looks sound i would add in 50 grams of carbs and 10 grams of bcaas while you train.

Con- not really sure on my bodyfat,still can see my abbs,lol. I used my have my bcaa's while i train,but will leave those out till i diet down.
