How many grams?

I am 5 foot 11 and 12 stone and traing 3 times a week, with a fast metabolism.
How many calories, grams of protein and grams of carbohydrate am I gonna need to take in per day to grow?

I would start on 3000 calories a day and see how you go bud at your weight.

40/40/20 split. 40% protein/ 40% carbs / 20% fat.

Just a starting point, see how it goes.

Dont worry about grams of carbs and fats as it just gets to complicated. You should consume 1.5g of protein per lb of bodyweight. Base the rest rest of your diet on calories. If you eat good qaulity food and a good variety you will get your carbs and fats. Start of with 5 meals a day of 500 calories and keep adding 100 cals to each meal until you start gaining weight.

I say eat 2 grams of protien per lb of body weight eat as many carbs as you want eariler in the day focusing around training and eat lots of good fats such as olive oil through out the day.
