![]() | Re: How many grams? Dont worry about grams of carbs and fats as it just gets to complicated. You should consume 1.5g of protein per lb of bodyweight. Base the rest rest of your diet on calories. If you eat good qaulity food and a good variety you will get your carbs and fats. Start of with 5 meals a day of 500 calories and keep adding 100 cals to each meal until you start gaining weight. |
