can some one please give me a good planner for my meal's as i am new and want to start bulking up thanks ,

Post up a proposed diet for tweaking.

Also include stats and your training.

mate if i posted up a template diet, there a 90% chance it will not help you as i dont know how tall you are, how much you weigh, how long youve been training, or even your goals, people are here to help you mate but first you gotto help yourself, nothing worthwhile is easy.
