Going to thailand for a week... advice? - UK-Muscle Body Building Community

gday gents.. going to thailand for a week (20th till 27th) and can imagine diet will be pretty shot.. any foods to go for more than others? eg. rice & chicken curry etc?

we have a big english/westernized breakky paid for too which isn't ideal but it's included in the package so i kinda gotta eat it..

anyways.. any advice on foods to stick to while im over there? i LOVE thai food so that's a bonus. throw anything in front of med and ill eat it - but what should i avoid and what should i go for?

Well avoid those she men and lil boys! otha then that, enjoy your self m8, dont worry about the diet! just have fun!

I agree. It's not like your dieting so try whatever you like - including the lady-boys! What goes on tour, stays on tour!

If you go for a massage ask for a "sports massage"

yep always mate.. i try and treat myself to a chinese massage once a month.. have quite a few knots in my back due to training (i believe) so i get them to jab a few elbows and fists into my back once a month ...

but yeh... in thailand ill be having a massage a day no doubt ;)

I say, your going on holiday. Enjoy yourself, eat what you like, don't worry about it. You'll come back having had a great time, relaxed and probably feeling alittle unhealthy but that'll give you more motivation to keep training!
