Adjusting my cals

Another Q for you.

If I need to increase my cals for gaining, what should I get the cals from? Good fats? Carbs Protein?? :confused:

Lol Kevo,

Since deciding on a cycle you must have put up 60 posts!! Calm down fella, you don't need every finite detail in place you are gonna have a heart attack But it is because of getting basics right such as this that we recommend not taking gear until you are much more experienced.

When you increase your cals you do it in proportion, so if your diet is 40/50/20 for example then you would increase it in those proportions, you can use Fitday to work it out for you or do it yourself, you know how right?

LOL, cheers SD, TBH I have done a cycle before and used to have all this in my head! But I took a good few months off and honestly have forgot it all!! So I'm re-learning mate

I know what cals and in what proportion I need em mate for my diet as a whole, was just thinking that for the extra cals on top, when I start gaining weight I could add some cals from either fats, carbs, or protien rather than having to find something that will increase all three!

You dont have to, just eat what you eat now, just more.
