Mass gain Diet critique please?

8:00 > Oats with bannana and protein shake

11:00 > Pita Tuna with full tomoato with fruit

13:00 Chicken, rice and some tomoto

16:00 More Tuna, or mackeral with slad

Workout
PWO Shake

Turkey, with some veg

Protein drink to finish

Any advice please? Thinking of some more calories??

Looks fine, to increase cals just increase quantities. Go for a ratio of 40/40/20 or therabouts.
