What should I add to this diet?

Hi, I've laid out the diet I've been following this week, but I want bulk now as cleanly as possible and have trouble eating much more whole food. What would you recommend adding to my diet and when to make the best gains I can. thanks.

7:00am - 50g porridge oats, 200ml skimmed milk, 25g raisins, 25g flaked almonds. 30g Whey protein shake.

9:00am - 1 whole egg, 3 egg whiltes, scrambled on 2 slices of wholemeal bread

12:30pm - Grilled chicken breast sliced in a wholemeal bread sandwich with salad

3:30pm - Same as 12:30pm

4:30pm - TRAIN 60mins

5:30pm - 40g whey

6:00pm - Chicken breast with rice, pepper, onion. tomatoes; or
Steak with jacket potato and veg; or
pasta with chicken breast, tomato, onion, pepper. etc.

8:00pm - 4 whole eggs in an omeltte with tomato and slices of ham.

I am going to be adding cabrs to my PWO, will probably use PhD Pharam-gain PWO, as I like it and use their Pharma-whey as my whey shake.

Any other suggestions would be great.

I'm 26, 5'11" and 11st 3lbs. :o

Re: What should I add to this diet?

Theres nothing wrong here mate, good diet. I would supplement with 2 multivits, 3g Vit C and 2x antioxidant complex per day also, maybe some creatine in your PWO but your diet is great, it looks low in protein but at 11st 3lbs I think it probably is correct.

Especially good was the addition of plenty of veg, not much fruit though.

Did you calculate the cals? or the ratio of pro/carb/fat?

Re: What should I add to this diet?

No, I'm not too good at working out the calories and macros, I estimate it's around 2500kcal, but not sure tbh. I do take a multivit and Omega 3,6,9 capsule every day. Also use creatine in 4 week on, 4 week off, phases although thinking of swapping to CEE instead of my monohydrate.

Do you think I need to up my calories much at my weight to gain muscle?
