Bulking advice

Alright lads!
Im wanting to bulk but i have a bit of a beer belly that im wanting to get rid of
Do you have any advice on how to this without adding more flab round my waist?

cut drinking down to a minimal this should decrese the water retention

Ive stopped drinking the beer through the week i just have a couple of cans on a saturday night i know thats a couple to many but its the only chance i get to unwind what with work and all that

good you dropped the weekdays (they just get you in a rut mate)

do some cardio in the mornings 2/3 times a week - i like to skip in the evenings about 20min.
