Re: Clean Bulking Diet for review

Theres seems to a lot of 'shakes' in there mate, which might be okay for convenience but solid foods would IMO be a more preferable option.

The fats in your diet is very low, you only seem to get around 30g of fats from your eggs and you have no EFA's in your diet at all unless your taking them in addition to the food.

There seems to be a considerble amount of protein in your diet, a rough calculation is around 350grams a day if Im not mistaken?

5/9 meals are solid and they are at the times of day when solid food is needed. Its not a bad thing to have this many shakes in the day as they are a supplement to the meals and so Harry won't be neglecting his solid food needs just supplementing with more food in a liquid form.

Eating more soild foods would most likely place more stress on his digestive system and increase chances of bloating and enlarged intestine.

I got on very well by adding shakes to my off season diet last year.

Agree about the EFAs though presumably these are covered by supplementation.
