![]() | need advice plz i`m 5ft 9 and 11st 4, i`m looking to add an extra 2 stone and would like advice on what powders (meal supplements) would be best to pack on size and weight, any advice will be appreciated. |

If you struggle with eating a lot of whole food i would blend up , milk, oats, banana, whey protein and paenut butter in a blender. Its probably cheper than a supplement weight gainer and you know whats in it for sure, and its pretty much real whole food! More nutricous! Just my 2 pence ![]() |

Whole food is definately best though, there are so many nutrients vegetables can give you, that you just can't supplement easily. SD
