![]() ![]() | Re: Bulk Diet alterations prefer oven cooked chicken and sometimes grill steak on my george foreman just thought using sunflower or olive oil i can get extra omega 6 and 9 as opposed to just 3...although i may be wrong. forgot to mention nuts i usually eat mixed nuts mainly cashews and peanuts however usually with a meal with let fat e.g 13.00. Try to drink about 4 litres of water too to maintain hydration. Im thinking bout keeping this diet except a few minor changes now and again for the next year (not going on holiday so got nothing to get 'cut' for in the summer). Whats people's opinion on this or do you think i should start my cut around may like usuall? |

Also with that amount of food you may find your body struggling to gain weight becaus eof all the time spent digesting the food. If you add in some MRPs in between meals instead of a solid meal then you will find your stomach stays nice and slim/unbloated while you gan muscle. However if you're getting results with what you're doing then dont change.

![]() ![]() | Re: Bulk Diet alterations TBH i was thinking about swapping a meal or two with an MRP seems like all im doing is cooking and cleaning lately and my weight isn't going up (too much cardio doing dishes, lol). think im gonna take DB's advice and add more carbs and im gonna try and increase my water intake and go up to bout 5-6 litres. gonna have a look at a few ideas for my shakes mine consist of whey, banana, peanut butter and some oats blended up with water.
