my proposed diet

6.30 4 egg ommolette with grated cheese
whey & oats shake
8.00 apple , water
9.30 tin of tuna with mayo & whole grain pasta , water
11.30 1 chicken breast & new potatoes , water
1.00 kiwi , peanuts , water
3.00 1 chicken breast & savoury rice , water
5.30 train , water
6.30 pwo shake > oats , whey , 3 eggs
8.30 2 x chicken breasts , veg , new potatoes , gravy , water
10.00 tin of mackeral
11.00 ish bed

startin this in the new year alongside this cycle>
WK1-8 sust 500mg pw
eq 400mg pw
WK1-4 tbol 50 mg ed
WK9-12 ^ ^ ^ ^
PCT > wk12-14 100 mg clomid ed > wk14-16 50 mg clomid ed

opinions please . cheers

IMO it's fairly decent. I would be interested to know your current stats, i.e. bf, weight etc..

height 6'1"
weight 14st 12 ( been off training for 6 weeks , dieting from 15st 12 )
bf 18% ( roughly )

before i start i will measure up and post it here so i can keep an update

no this is gona be bulking , was gona run nolva 40mg 2weeks then 20mg 2weeks along side clomid , had a few opinions , would u say its best option to run both

I would try for some protien a bit closer to your work out time mate rather than 2.5 hrs before.

Could also maybe try creatine daily say 2.5g of mono before and 5g after training??
