Personal Weight Gain Puzzle

I am 6`1" and currently at 10 stone 12lbs. I have been training for 8-9months now and have gained little weight. When I started, I was 10 stone. Along with my training I have been eating every source of protein, carbs and calories but still no dramatic change in size. Could this be something to do with my height as I have heard that Tall people have a harder time gaining? Thanks for any replies giving.

your more than likely overtraining....

and you more than likely don't eat enough...

you'll have to post up your diet and training schedule

Well if you've gained over a lb each month for the past 8-9 month, I think that's pretty good. Allright, maybe you're not at the weight you want to be, but don't knock your gains so far.

Bang on Mr Smooth

They are good gains, imagine when you have been traing for 4years how big you will be!

I started training at 10 stone and i'm 6ft, i'm now 13st. You'll be fine, i would agree with the overtraining part tho, post up your routine and diet mate and lets see what's what!

Well done on your progress so far!

Jamie

I do think that a pound + gain a month is good. I bet that is all muscle too gaining that.
I think you should be proud.

I agree with Crazy that you just might be overtraining and burning more calories than you need to store.
