looks pretty good but wheres your veg ??

whats your aims mate,

cos that mammoth stuff is full of simple carbs ,

if you watching the carbs or trying to stay trim its a bastard....

i used it all last year and it always interferred with the next meal,,........

i use whey and powdered oats now , its much better ...

Too many shakes and not enough whole foods.

Also that mammoth stuff is loaded with carbs like 152 grams and 50 grams of protein, 18 grams of fat per 4 scoops.

I would eat more fruits and vegetables and have some whey instead.

10am 2xchicken breasts with either rice or in a pita bread Brown rice/sweet potatoe/baby new potatoes/VEG, steamed, stirfryed, stewed, roasted, grilled, whatever, just get'em in yah. Pita Bread, I would say no.

12.30pm same as above

3pm oats an 2 scoops mamouth Do one more solid meal, Jacket potatoe and tuna.
3.30-4pm train

5pm after training protein shake

6pm dinner either chicken an rice with bareque or peri sauce Salad or veg

8pm weatabix an mamouth Weetabix has sugar in it. Weetabix have sugar in them now. I would have more oats. Try rolled brown rice flakes, barley flakes. There are loads of different types.

10pm mamouth

With all the mammoth, I guess you are on a bulker.

You are what you eat, and real food is better. I love whey protein, don't get me wrong. But when I use whey too much, my dieting stalls, I have more hunger, I don't feel as good.

New Scientist this month just did a article on how when you take the antioxidants out of the food, they don't work anymore, and in fact may do more harm than good.
