check the diet

Im currently 15stone/210lbs/95.2kg whichever way you like to look at it.

Im bulking until July and training hard, I don't like slacking. Im still wanting to put on weight but want to keep my BF to a reasonable level.

This is what I'm eating at the moment, some of it is repeatative but I don't get bored, or tired of eating so it's not a problem for me;

Breakfast:

- 200g Oats
- 6 egg whites/1 yolk
- banana
- litre of skimmed milk

Snack:
- 2 slices of brown bread
- half can of tuna
- 100g raisins
- low fat yoghurt

Dinner:
- 100g brown pasta
- can of tuna
- banana
- veggies

Snack:
- 2 slices of brown bread
- half can of tuna
- 100g peanuts
- low fat yoghurt

Tea:

- Baked Potato
- can of tuna
- veggies

Snack:

- 100g brown rice
- 100g chicken slices

Before Bed:

- 100g oats
- 6 egg whites/1 yolk
- bagel
- banana
- litre of skimmed milk

It all equates to:
Protein: 362g
Carbs: 766g
Fats: 109g
Calories: 5404

I take my multi vits also, along with a lot of water throughout the day. Any suggestions, advice, addtions, subtractions are welcome.

For my taste the fats are too low and the carbs are too high.

I also eat my eggs with the yolk, that wont hurt you either and give you more fat in the diet for starters.
