| UK-M Swimsuit model | Pimp my Diet! I need help, I'm bored to death with my diet. I've been on it now for months and I need to change it round a bit. I stick to it Mon-Fri while at work so I need easy stuff that I can prepare the night before or cook in the Microwave. Sat is no prob as I am at home so I can do whatever and Sun I eat what I like as I dont train. Currently it looks like: 7 am: Oats, sugar, milk and bananna 9 am: Jacket Pot, chicken and mayo 12 noon: Chicken, Rice and Veg 2 pm: Protein Bar (Pro Flapjack or Meso Tech) 4 pm: Bananna - Thats all I can fit in ![]() 7pm: Train Or dinner on Non Workout day 9pm: Dinner on gym day- Protien/Carb/Veg 11pm: CNP Pro Mass PWO after gym: Pro-Peptide, Glutamine. BCAA's and EPA Fish oil with every meal. ZMA and Trib and Creatine while not using AAS Please 'elp!

Keep your body guessing is the key to avoid boredom :-) On a serious note - instead of eating every 2 hrs - which is to close together imo and eat every 3 hrs - It will give your body more time to digest each meal. On the boredom factor - cant help you as im bored with all food exept fast food and take aways - Just got to get it down you. |

| Your Friendly neighbourhood pusha! | So your pre-workout meal is at 4pm? and u train at 7pm? too far apart IMO u should atleast fit a shake 1 hour prior or have that meal round 5:30pm?

Baz cheers for the info - I have a couple of bags of Powdered oats, i'll bang them and the eggs in my Shakes. With the fish oils you think do them before food or when Im not eating Carbs? Iron - I do swap em some times mate but it is still borin as I eat take away on Sun! I need one bad day - I do stay very lean tho so it aint too bad, and I make sure I eat some good food too!GR81 - Find it hard mate cause I leave work at 5 and get home at 7 so its hard to fit in, maybe have a Shake at 4 and a bananna and protien bar at 5.30 on the way home? | Moderator | have fish oils with every meal aslong as its complex carbs not simple ( potatoes, oats, brown rice etc) i use egg white powder from bulkpowders b4 bed with 4 whole eggs fills me up pretty good
