![]() | Some help please Hi i have recently been advised by a friend to drink creatine it is sci-mentor - contains 200mg of lipoic acid - (blah blah) can any one advise when i should be drinking this after i have trained in the morning?? thanks bill |

ppl have different theories with creatine, some like to take b4 training and some after, id personally split the dose and take b4 (30-45mins) and immediately after with 50g protein and 100g of dex - hope this is what you meant | |
