Hey guys I would like someone to comment on my (bulking) diet please....... 8am: 50g whey, 50g oats, 1 slice wholemeal bread with peanut butter, 2 fish oils capsules. 9am: apple 10.45ish: 135g basmati rice, 187g chicken breast, 2 fish oils. 1.30ish: 135g basmati rice, 187g chicken breast, 2 fish oils. 4.15ish: 135g basmati rice, 200g chicken breast, 2 fish oils. 6.45ish: 200g basmati rice, 200g chicken breast, 2 fish oils, teaspoon of creatine. 9pm: PWO shake = 50g whey, 50g oats, teaspoon of creatine & sometimes a banana. 10.30ish: you guessed it.................. 200g basmati rice, 200g chicken breast, 2 fish oils (although yesterday I had cod & chips from the chippie!) The above is what I usually have say 4 or 5 days a week. I dont work out how many cals I have (will start doing that soon), but I aim for 300g+ of protein a day. I welcome your criticism......... |

| IF YOU BUILD IT.....THEY WILL COME! | fcuk me ralphy mate, be abit more adventuress try chicken with basmati rice instead of basmati rice with chicken only kidding big fella! but that would my crust in eating that day in day out have a look through some old posts for some better ones mate, cant hurt eh...unc |
