![]() | Diet Help Can you guys help if possibl, im weighing 143lbs at the moment and i want to bulk up but im looking for a good diet to add weight, could someone advise me on what sort of foods or maybe post there daily routine of eating when and what sort of foods, do i need protein shakes etc etc. Many thanks in advance. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | you need to let us know what you are eating now so we can see what maintains your weight. but essentially you should be eating between 6-8 meals per day consisting of good protein source(chicken,beef,turkey,fish) along with some complex carb sources(Sweet spuds, Basmati Rice, Wholegrain bread and pasta) on top of these food types you would benefit by using a good blended protein especially to take before bedtime. so post up your diet as it is now along with your training routine

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ok mate, here's mine. im 5'8, 16%bf and 205lbs:- meal 1 2 eggs 4 egg white bowl oats 1/2 pint milk 1 whole meal toast 5700mg milk thistle 1 digestive enzyme (solgar) meal 2 banana 60g whey 50g maltradoxtrine 2 tes spoon olive oil meal 3 2 tins tuna 1 cup basmati rice 1/3 tinned tomatoes 2 teaspoons olive oil apple meal 4 same as meal 2 meal 5 (post wk out) 60g whey 50g maltradoxtrin 50g dextrose 5g creatine 1000 mg vit c meal 6 1-2 sirlion steaks (depends on size) potatoe/rice brocoli multi vit 2 fish oils meal 7 1-2 chicken breast (depends on size) salad 2 fish oils |
