question for pscarb & TT

i realise that this might be difficult to do without knowing anything about me but could you's please have a think of a good diet for me my aim is to put more size on but also lose some bf tbo i dont know my bf% but would think somewhere between 15-20 i'm 6' weigh 230lbs my metabolism is realy quick i promis i will follow it to the " T " there are a couple of photo's of me in the members gallery any help at all would be greatly appreciated regards unc

Post up what you eat now and I'll amend it if necessary.

It's much easier to follow a diet that incorporates your present eating habits.

hiya TT i'm gonna tell you the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth about what i eat and what i'm on
here goes
2.45am 4 weetabix and 2 scoops of "enlarge2"
5.30am 1 large tin of rice pudding
11-12am either a big tuna and salad bun or a couple of steak pies and 1 scoop of protien
2-3pm whatever i can get hold of
5.30-6.30 train
soon as i get home i have 2 scoops of protien and my tea which is either spag bol a cooked dinner mainly chicken maybe chips
8pm bed
i also drink a fair few cups of coffee
i'm trying to ad mass
the aas's i'm on are boldobol-h 1ml e/o/d been on about 6 weeks
just started 40mg of d/bol e/d pink ones
i drink absolutely loads of water a day
dont know anything about pct hcg etc

Thats good enough for a start, get that into your routine and we'll go from there. I'm not a beleiver in radical changes to diet etc so I'm not going to suggest loads of oils etc at this point. Just get used to eating better then we can go further into specifics.

ive done some reading on them db but it just confuses me i still dont know what to take i know i take nolva and clomid but i dont know how much, its different with different cycles isnt it??? or is it just the same no matter what your on

use 500iu's of HCG every other day in the last 2 weeks of your cycle and carry this on for 10 days after your cycle finish's.
Once your cycle has finished 3 days after your last D/bol start taking 20mg of Nolva per day for 3 weeks or you can use Clomid using this protocol..
Day 1 = 300mg
Days = 2-11 150mg
Days = 12-21 50mg

these are basic PCT examples but you should use the HCG and either nolva or clomid once you have done this a few times you can adjust the amounts to suit yourself..
