Are you trying to bulk?

If so add some meat in that diet.

Looks pretty low in carbs and good fats too but the tuna is alright for that.

how does that sound? by the timings, (im assuming your breakfast is about 8-9am here), do you train about 11-12am?

if so then youve got alot of eating to do for the rest of the day, added in a 7th meal of slow digesting proteins to help through the night.

whey with breakfast is important, gets the protein straight in the system and stops the fasting in its tracks.

creatine and sugars PWO also

it all helps!!

Before BED

I think Museli for breaky (crunchy hippy healthy stuff, no sugar but seeds nuts and dried fruit), semi-low fat yogurt with scoop whey protein would be a better option, make it a BIG meal!

Meal 8 before bed-Whey protein with micellar casein in it for slow digest!
