spiritse is on a distinguished road
new to bodybuilding

I've finally decided to start up training again, last time I went was at 19 and weighted 8 stone my height is about 5' 6". after not seeing any weight gain, I stopped and said i'd go back once i started gaining weight and was around 11 stone.

now i am 13 stone, never went back before that appart for 6 months and only went for toning.

I've been looking at some of the products... Whey Protein for extra proteins and to suppliment my meals, also CREAPURE Creatine Monohydrate XXL Matrix.

Luckly i have a canteen i can go for food anytime of the day, i can go delivering on site when i feel like.

Is there anything else i should look at using or should i think about some other products. I'm looking at going to the gym about 3 to 4 times a week.

Stick to a good clean healthy diet with plenty of protein and a lifting routine which you can progress each week on.

You don't really need any supplements (most are just a con tbh), especially to begin with, but whey and creatine can be useful post-workout.

Have a read of the link in my sig... that should get you started.

Welcome to the board

Creatine Monohydrate is a quality sup, id add that myself,

otherwise get yourself a good routine, and decent diet plan, both can be found in bigs siggy as he said,
so being 13 stone at 5'6 im guessing your overweight right now?
