![]() | A new start Picture 055.jpgHi all Im Mark, 23 and have weighed about 8.5 stone for the last 4 years. I've had enough of it now and want to start bulking up. Im not really into putting loads of weight on but would rather put a little on and define it. Never been to a gym. Being skinny and slouching at school has not done much for my posture, what sort of exercise can improve this? Any tips for a first time at the gym - a little nervous. Cheers for your help Mark |
