![]() | Weight Training with Calorie Defecit What will happen if you follow a weight training regime in the gym, yet have a daily calorie defecit of say, 500kcal (though still following a high protein diet)? Would it be detrimental to your muscles because they are not getting the energy required to repair themselves? Or would you see an improvement in muscle definition as well as fat loss? |
