![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | shoulder pain got a pain in my left shoulder like a trapped nerve or something it tends to go after im warmed up (i dont do behind the neck presses)thing is i can train every body part when its warmed up apart from chest even when my shoulder is warmed i still can not do flat or incline bench or flys at the poundages im used to i dont no how or when i done it been like this for 2 weeks now anybody had this before ? dont think the doc can help other than give me painkillers |

My advise - go to your gp - they will refere you to a musculo skeletal dept were they will give you a cortisone injection. I had to wait about 13 weeks to be seen. Shoulder probs rarely just disapear on there own. And as for seeing a physio - these cost money - and generally just massage you and tell you to stretch and ease of it. nhs is free dispite the waiting can be a pain |

![]() | shoulder injurys The most common shoulder injury tends to be infraspinatus might be some sort of impingement do you have any deffered pain from this?... go to a good sports massage therapist they should be able to help you |

![]() | have the same in right shoulder, only feel it on chest days, ok if strapped up, deep heat fired on and get the blood pumping into it, i try to work round it
