Deadlift Video?

anyone have a deadlift vid? as im sure my form isnt correct, think im arching my back to much instead of lowering my legs quicker, any help?

cheers, that help'd, when u do 5X5 on deadlift say, do u do 1 rep, release grip & get in position again X5 or just up,down,up,down without ever releasing your grip as you would any other bodypart?

I pause for about 2-3 seconds between reps mate, a lot of people I see just bounce the bar straight up off the floor. IMO you should be liftting a "dead" weight hence the name....

or keep ur grip and jus rest the bar on the floor, if u find that u are arching ur back to much try looking higher, 1 of my m8s when he deadlifts looks strainght above himself.
