Elbow pain. Tennis Elbow?

Hi, i've be been working out for about 6 months now, and it's going really very well! I've made a lot of change physically, and i'm really enjoying it. Lately however, I have been experiencing slight pain around my elbow whilst lifting weights. I feel it most while working on tricep exersices. I've done some research into elbow pain on the internet, and what i have found a condition called tennis elbow. Again, the pain is fairly slight and is only on one arm, but i'm worried that this will startt to increase. The pain seems to be on the outside of my elbow right at the end of the bone where the elbow bends/moves.
I was just wondering if anyone else has had any simialr experiences with their elbows and any tips of helping the situation. Thanks

Will

What exercises are you doing that are setting it off,

I have suffered with both lateral and medial epicondilosis and the main thing to do is rest, i also found doing hammer curls helped me

Ice ing it will help, then after a week or 2 try alternating heat with the cold

Cheers

Thanks for the advice guys. As for skullcrushers, those seem to aggravate it the most. Is bearable for the most part, but my main fear was of the pain getting worse.
I got it checked out today by my GP. Its not tennis elbow, or golf elbow as far as he can see, and it appears as though there is nothing major causing the pain.
I'll leave the skullcrushers for a while, and work on the exercises that are 'ok'

Thanks again,
Will

If you still want to do skullcrusehers use an EZ bar and try different hand positions
