Bent over rows

When doing this exercise, after about the 4th rep or so, I can't quite get the bar to touch my body. It's probably less than an inch away, but does this mean it's my back which is not as strong as the other muscles doing the movement? How can I fix the problem?

Maybe try going lighter and getting the form right first, then gradually build up the weight from there. Im sure you will have it to a T in no time.

Good Luck!

P.S. you could always try one armed bent over rows with dumbells.........just a thought. I seem to get on better with them!

Pretty simple mate, if you are failing at your fourth rep then as Lauren said you need to go lighter. None of us like dropping weight but you need to get your form sorted before you will make any progress.

Its not really form .....

you can only get 4 reps from the weight you are lifting, if u want more reps drop the weight
