![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Bent over rows When doing this exercise, after about the 4th rep or so, I can't quite get the bar to touch my body. It's probably less than an inch away, but does this mean it's my back which is not as strong as the other muscles doing the movement? How can I fix the problem?

| The Lady Of The Manor | Maybe try going lighter and getting the form right first, then gradually build up the weight from there. Im sure you will have it to a T in no time. Good Luck! P.S. you could always try one armed bent over rows with dumbells.........just a thought. I seem to get on better with them!
