![]() | I think i take the cake for clicks. I have had it checked out by so many doctors/specialists and they all same the same thing. If it doesnt hurt, dont worry about it. when it does start to hurt, come back to us.

![]() | athlete and citizen I find the doctor reactionary response a bit annoying. Pros: - it's good for most people not to confuse Cons: - we still haven't been told what is is or what causes it Why is being proactive considered exclusive to the hypercondriact? Another one could be asking the doctor how you can improve your deadlift. `Is it affecting your wellbeing?` misses the point Doctors are there to help those below the physical norm, to only help those who really need it. But if you're already there and looking for info on how to be above average they're not very helpful. You see, I'm a perfectionist when I can be. I don't want my joints clicking all over the place if at all possible. I relise it's not harming me (yet) but I would like to know more about it. This is the difference between an athlete and a citizen. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I got these symptoms in about 1998, at first it didnt cause pain but later on turned into tendonitis (which TBH was painful) which is inflammation of the tendons. My Physio just gave me massage and anti-inflammatory tablets as there isnt much else that can be done - I must admit I no longer have the problem though so I may have been just going through my last growing spurt. |
