![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Time off Was wondering what everones view on taking time off training. I do my four days a week in the gym but i never schedule any real time off, ie a week or 2 every once in a while, anyone think this would be usefull or what? |

| The Lady Of The Manor | Yes definately usefull. If your training hard constantly week in week out, then itsa good idea to have a week off every now and again! It lets your body recover fully and you will be itching to get into the gym after a week off. Plus everyone deserves a good week or 2 off now and again as we all qork so hard, sometimes its nice just to chill out and not worry about things too much. |
