hollis is on a distinguished road
Top pecs

Hi guys,
Another lagging bodypart of mine seems to be the sweep from my upper pecs where they tie into the clavicle. I use the normal builders eg inclines with DB or bar and heavy incline flyes but my pecs still seem to develop further down leaving the top of my pecs looking a bit flat. I have tried various angles but do not want to go too steep could this be my problem?

Thanks for your help

I tend to swap between incline stuff and heavy bench stuff (more power lifting style), it has helped with my upper chest IMO

DB sleeps with a night light. Not because DB is
afraid of the dark, but the dark is afraid of DB.

maybe you do too much to try and isolate the upper chest. it seems an un-natural movement so practice with a low weight, try using the flat bench and instead of coming down to the pec lower toward the neck. nicked that from cookie, and works well
