I suppose you could use the above format for biceps but it would be bloody tough going and arms would be dam sore. The only arm routine I can remember using is to do a set of curls for biceps every half hour throughout the day,so you need a day when you know your going to be at home or in the gym(if you own one). You do one heavy set 8-10 reps then next time round do one high rep set 30-50 pumping reps and just repeat the sequence throughout the day. | |
