![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | witch path to take ? hi all & happy new year to you. whats your views on this its 11 weeks till i start my next cycle i was thinking about going back to boxing & high intence cardio for 9 weeks witch will make me alot fitter & leaner hopefully get down to below 10% bf also boost my stamina im not planning to do any weight training at all in those 9 weeks i realise i may loose some muscle along with alot of bf. week 10 would be full body workout mon,wed,fri. then back on cycle week 11 training 1 bodypart per day what yous lot recon good or bad ? |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | its just my last cycle i gained 18lb looked good but didnt feel fit enough to carry it i lost half of that due to water & bad diet ive learnd alot since then but just thought if i could get as fit as poss & my bf right down i would be in a good position to start piling on good quality muscle so yuos recon 8-9 weeks is to long without lifting a weight what about 4 weeks or do you think thatil have the same affect ? |

He was the most underated pro of his day IMO (even though he did win the olympia) While everyone else was working out 6 days a week for 2 hours a go. He won the olympic training 3 times a week at 40 min a pop... Sounds good to me.
