Not quite what I meant but nevertheless an interesting idea. I may well do just that... What I was looking for was a sort of workout diary whereby you could record dates, times, exercises, No. of sets, No. of reps, weights, etc. Cheers LD |

i just use excel and have three diff spreadsheets back chest legs and just make sure i go up each week for weights/reps etc | |

I have developed a small app that i use to store each sessions information regarding session weight reps, to show me progress by week, from start etc, as well as weekly measurements and photo's ive just added in in preperation for my new routine, Its not really a product i could distribute at the moment, as need lots of tidying work, and some proper data storage, and im sure there is beter on the market, but if you are really stumped, give me a shout and ill see if i can put something togther for you out of work hours.
