BB Workout Tracking Software

Hi

Can anybody recommend any software/websites that allow you to plan and track your workouts?

Cheers

Re: BB Workout Tracking Software

Not quite what I meant but nevertheless an interesting idea. I may well do just that...

What I was looking for was a sort of workout diary whereby you could record dates, times, exercises, No. of sets, No. of reps, weights, etc.

Cheers

Thanks for your help, I hadn't thought of that. Time to ditch the chalk and slate I suppose...

Seriously though, some sort of training app could be a seriously powerful tool.

Cheers

Ps. Are you STILL rocking that Leopard-skin leotard, handle-bar moustache, and lifting the barbells with the spherical weights on them?

Re: BB Workout Tracking Software

I have developed a small app that i use to store each sessions information regarding session weight reps, to show me progress by week, from start etc, as well as weekly measurements and photo's ive just added in in preperation for my new routine, Its not really a product i could distribute at the moment, as need lots of tidying work, and some proper data storage, and im sure there is beter on the market, but if you are really stumped, give me a shout and ill see if i can put something togther for you out of work hours.

Re: BB Workout Tracking Software

Sorry for bumping an old thread, but I can't send PM's yet.

Puppy, did you ever finish that program so that you could distribute it to others?
