By doing just a little every day, I can gradually let the task completely overwhelm me.

Gravity Training

Hi people

When I started on this long road to fitness I was pushed onto a gravity machine. I had mixed results with this (EFI GTS gravity system).
Just wondering if anyone else has had any experience with these things and what your opinons are.

Re: Gravity Training

well when your instructed you are told to have your core permanently engaged. But I do this anyway. I'l post a link, maybe easier

It's just you using your own body weight for resistance training basically. Alot of gyms in America use them as you can exercise all body parts on one machine, space saving.

Is that Pilates? Not sure now!
