I had mixed results with this (EFI GTS gravity system). Just wondering if anyone else has had any experience with these things and what your opinons are. Chris |

I'l post a link, maybe easier http://www.efisportsmedicine.com/com...ipment/gts.htm It's just you using your own body weight for resistance training basically. Alot of gyms in America use them as you can exercise all body parts on one machine, space saving. Is that Pilates? Not sure now! |
