What do you think of Periodization!!!

I sometimes use this technique for about 8 weeks or so at a time.I find it helps to prevent staleness and works well for the natural bb..Anyone else ever try it.Works the different types of muscle fibers each workout..http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/alwyn3.htm

I think it is good. Anytime you switch up your routine and keep the body guessing then that is a good thing. That was a good link mate. Short and sweet.

Everybody should follow some sort of periodization as it prevents staleness and it can also increase hormonal output when the intensity is increased or even by the giving the muscles more stimulus through changing the exercises,hence the reason why guys yrs ago used to get big/huge before steroids,they changed the exercises evry 1-2 weeks period.

Definitely good! Your body is always trying to get overcome the stresses you place on it. So, new stresses are always good. A good example would be trying to switch the hand you use to spank it.

Switching up the weights is good. What about diet. What about abcde? By Bill Phillips.
Also protein cycling is also good. The key is to fool the body. If you could do that then you would be world class. Even Chris Hart condones it. His picks are on this board.

With diet why not just keep it simple and just have 1 day per week were you eat little or no protein at all,that way your not confusing yourself in trying to get all the numbers/cals/percentages right.

No you got it all wrong man..What you need to do is lay on the hand you dont normally use untill it goes numb..Then when u spank the monkey it feels like someone els is doing it...

Protein cycling, I like that. It cuts down on the urea. Like OSC posted in the past you should also have a day off of vitamins too;)
