| What do you think of Periodization!!! I sometimes use this technique for about 8 weeks or so at a time.I find it helps to prevent staleness and works well for the natural bb..Anyone else ever try it.Works the different types of muscle fibers each workout..http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/alwyn3.htm |

![]() | Definitely good! Your body is always trying to get overcome the stresses you place on it. So, new stresses are always good. A good example would be trying to switch the hand you use to spank it. ![]()

| UK-Muscle Male Animal | Switching up the weights is good. What about diet. What about abcde? By Bill Phillips. Also protein cycling is also good. The key is to fool the body. If you could do that then you would be world class. Even Chris Hart condones it. His picks are on this board.
