bristol-trance will become famous soon enough
Lower back routines??

Im getting bored of deadlifts plus im finding it hard to keep form occasionally.

What else could you recommend to help lower back???

Hyperextensions?

High reps (say 20) always gives a good pump.

Hold a plate when it gets too easy.

Or use the cable machine upper attachment, grab the cables above your head, kneel down and hit the floor like you are praying. (cant remember the specific name for it)

areas where my lower back get hit are

deads
good mornings
bent over bb rows
squats

a good alternative is sldl or hyper extensions
