| Wondering how people have the time to do all this over-complicating | Re: Lower back routines?? Hyperextensions? High reps (say 20) always gives a good pump. Hold a plate when it gets too easy. Or use the cable machine upper attachment, grab the cables above your head, kneel down and hit the floor like you are praying. (cant remember the specific name for it) |
