Re: Proper Warm Up = more or less

I am of the school 3 sets per Exercise.

1st exercise light
2nd Heavy
3rd to fatigue

This enough warm up for me.

Thou i do tend to do 5 -10 mins X-train/bike on leg day as i find it takes a bit longer to get my old legs going
