trying to get stronger!

I have been reading lots of threads on here - great forum! :lift:
I am now eating lots more. This is (sort-of my) diet (I am a vegan!)

breakfast - 100gms oats and seeds (porridge made with water)
mid-morning - 60gms porridge
lunch - eg tin of beans plus 5 slices wholemeal
snacks - nuts, fruit etc. scoop of protein.
4pm meal eg lentil soup and yeast flakes (lots of protein) plus 4 slices of bread.
Dinner - vegan meal
Supper - soya protein powder.

Anyway - I seem to be gaining weight (in a good way). Cardio - I walk my dog twice a day (between 20-60 mins each time)
I also run about 5 times a week (including some long runs - marathon training!)

I have just started trying doing sets of 10,8,6 and 4 reps, increasing the weight each time. 3 day split:

A
Arnolds
Military Press
Upright Row
Bent Over Row

B
Flies
Bench
Barbell Curls
Hammer Curls

C
One-arm row
Good Morning (my fave exercise!)
Squat
Straight Leg Deadlift

I am looking to gain strength mainly (although some hypertrophy would be good too).
Any advice??

Try this routine posted by TH&S, I have been using it for a while now, it's nice and simple and has gave me some good strength gains
