Weight Dips

primitive but i just need confirmation

i got the bench behind me of which i push up on, i got a bucket, about a foot high of which i rest my heels on

i then place some weight plates on my quads, about 25kg at the mo, being careful they dont slide of of course

does this sound good

i tried weighted for the first time last week and as i added more weight i definitely did feel it on the triceps and abit on the back and shoulders

i have to keep good form to balance the weights, jsut wondering if anyone else does them like this

of course getting the weight off your legs is always the trick after youve got no juice left to move

Re: Weight Dips

the thing you have you're feet on should be the same height as the thing you have you're hands on

other then that it doesnt sound too bad as long as we're talking tricep dips?

Re: Weight Dips

Parallel bar dips will do far more for your triceps than those kind of 'dips', I am not a fan, easy way out IMO,
