| Too Stocky - Can't breathe | Re: isolating Bi's from forearms oh yeah dude, one more thing. alot of people forget squats and deadlifts are the key to huge arms. I also believe, through experience that biceps can be overworked into smallness, and that the key is to only ISOLATE them once a week if not every two weeks. upto you.look into it mate.

![]() | Re: isolating Bi's from forearms Negatives are great! If you ever have trouble getting that pump, you may either by not squeezing at the top, or controlling it on the way down. Always try and slow the decent of the bar rather than just letting it flop to the starting position. I used to have the problem where my forearms were so much more powerful than my biceps when ever I would work my arms I would feel my forearms taking the majority of the workload. Maybe try cutting back on hammer curls, or waiting until your biceps are good and fatigued then do them. I would focus on lifts where your wrist are all ready suppinated; like barbell curls, preacher, seated curls starting with palms up |
