Help -4 weeks in Thailand

Guys dont feel sorry for me but stuck in Thailand for a month on annual vacation.

Weather brilliant but gyms poor- heaviest weight I have found in a gym is 30lbs. Any suggestion how I can modify training to achieve usual goals but with smaller weights - any tips for back tri chest etc appreciated,

Resorted to heel of daily thai massage to - as I have said to wife- improve inner well being and core competence !!.She didn't believe me and thought making this up !!!. Am sure it is right - even I believe it now !!!

Diet is fruit, rice and fish -that is making me feel OK but bugger does it bung you up !!!!!

Try and use your bodyweight in exercises as much as possible. Do squats and deadlifts with the weights and just increase reps so you get a workout from it. Pressups with weight on your back etc...

Dunno really, they're obvious but thought id say em!

have a month off training and enjoy yourself, thats what i would do, sex witrh a ladyboy is good cardio

well if your in pattaya you have tonys gym on soi 3 which is heavy, koh samui you have universe gym, also heavy located on sukhumvit and if in bangkok do a net search, loads of heavy gyms.
Loads of big americans too loading up on aas lol

Thanks Guys - wife not keen on me trying 'unusual' suggestions so will see what heavy gyms I can find !!!
