![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: back excercises Firstly and foremost the best overall beck exercise is deadlifts. I usually follow this bar either barbell rows or t bar rows. Then one arm dumbells- very heavy. usually finish with either seated cable row or pulldowns behind kneck. |

And also sometime even just walking on the treadmill. So I avoid deads and use the leg press for legs. Tall, that is called Polish training where I'm from, chest, arms, chest, arms, chest, arms..... ![]()

I normally do One armed dumbell rows.,Haven't been able to do deadlifts cuz i dont have enough weight..... I workout at home for now and don't have a lat pull down machine etc..So I was just looking for some goodens! what do you guys think of good mornings? |
