Re: back excercises

Firstly and foremost the best overall beck exercise is deadlifts.
I usually follow this bar either barbell rows or t bar rows.
Then one arm dumbells- very heavy.
usually finish with either seated cable row or pulldowns behind kneck.

Agree with all of the above apart from Pulldowns Behind The Neck - they place too much strain on C3/4/5 and pulls my shoulders out of place too much for my liking.

Deadlifts
Rows
Chins / Pulldowns

Sorted:lift:

Re: back excercises

If I do deadlifts, then my lower back makes it unable for me to walk. I seem to get this when I'm heavier. Same with squats. And also sometime even just walking on the treadmill.
So I avoid deads and use the leg press for legs.
Tall, that is called Polish training where I'm from, chest, arms, chest, arms, chest, arms.....

Re: back excercises

Deads, BB rows and chins for me.
I usually train traps as well so throw in 3 sets of BB shrugs.
