Dumbbell Shoulder Press and barbell millitary press should be easiliy enough to improve them. Add shrugs or upright row, to a day you train your back. Deadlifts and shrugs 1 week, then deadlifts and upright row the other. That will do your traps.

So anterior delt is hammered when benching posterios irs hammered in rows lateral is hammered in behind and front of the neck presses (each with varying degree) you can train traps with shoulders end of the day so very few people should be isolating heads of the delts unless they have trained years and found a specific weakness compounds hits them all
