| redbull gives you lats! | Re: barbell row ?' depends on your grip style mate... i find rowing with the EZ bar is good for when you use a underhand grip... as using that kind of grip on a olympic bar can stain your wrists little but overhand or alternate grip go with the oly!

I'd never seen them done using the ez bar until I saw James L's post on you tube via his prep thread - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VzVWDc_J5KI I've been doing them ever since and love the feel compared to the oly bar. Do most people take a more upright position as above vid or do you keep a flat back ? |
