lats training

hello all
does anybody have some sound advice about how to increase my pullup strength?

I can do about 7 pullups straight off then maybe 5 or 6 then the amount i can do just gets less any advise appreciated

Thanks but i think that this would envolve using momentum rather than strength i could be wrong though

It does involve momentum, but will increase strenghth...It is strongly reinforced in military basic training to bring new,weak soldiers up to the level that is required to graduate...proven to work as far as I'm concernd..

just percevere mate theres no easy ways, i doing 10s with 20k on belt my bro who is 18st does 12s so you will improve,given time as a bonus arms will grow too, maybe when reached postitive failure do negs every second session i.e step up to top postion and lower youself as slow as possible,which will give good stimulation,to negative failure instaed of just positive failure. or get mate to assist by taking a wee bit weight of to allow you to fininsh sets -i do this for partner
