Machine Weight Only Routine

My gym's pretty much only machine weights.

Anyone know a beginner's routine that uses just machine weights?

I know a lot of people will think 'just change your gym', but that ain't an option because this place is as cheap as chips.

Ta.

Re: Machine Weight Only Routine

well what machines does you gym have....

smith machine you can do: bench, shoulder press, squats, deads, rows... pretty much the major compounds.

(I'd still change your gym as well )

Its cheap for a reason - its sh1te!

Obviously it depends on your aspirations but you are definitely limiting your progress by training only with machines.
