Training times?

What time of the day would you say is best to train?
I have started to train around 9, 10pm at night, then home, shake and bed, thought this would be a good idea as you can just leave your muscles to rest and repair more efficiently

Re: Training times?

mmmmm it doesnt really matter mate!!

aslong as u can get a decent meal in after training then its fine to train that late..

if u can eat after your shake i would knock the shake on the head and have a nice solid meal when u get in before bed

chicken,rice,mixed veg etc

Other than the above point I think it's a personnal/lifestyle decision

I loved it when I could work out at 10:00am, I loved it at 6:00pm. Now I gotta go at 2:30 pm right after work because when I get home the child and wife wanna spend time with me. Go figure

Re: Training times?

I train 6:30AM mon-fri or 10AM weekend.

Best time to train = whatever time means you'll stick with it, easiest to fit into a routine with.

Re: Training times?

I've trained as early as 5.45am before (I know, I know, I'm hardcore...), but it did my head-in TBH so I started going back at 6pm after work (with all the ars£holes) - at least I know the squat rack will be free at 6pm!
