![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Training times? I train at about 1pm as I've found after a full day at work I'm mentally knackered so don't look forward to the session. If I train at lunchtime, I spend the morning looking forward to the session and the afternoon feeling good after a thorough workout. |

![]() | Re: Training times? I am loving the late night training, get home from work at 5, have something to eat, relax a bit then hit the gym Doing my cardio first thing in the morning cycling to work, and then again after work cycling home so the chill out freshens me up for the gym |
